About this workshop
This online workshop covers processes, guidance and practical examples of effective incident management systems. The purpose of this workshop is to introduce these key concepts, while providing an explanation of how maintaining an effective incident management system will enable your reporting under the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS).
The workshops has been developed based on feedback received from the sector and will be particularly relevant to anyone new to the sector or seeking an introductory overview of Incident Management Systems.
Please note: This workshop has been developed as a revised version of the Incident Management System content covered in the full-day SIRS workshop, which has been run between December 2021 and July 2022.
