Unannounced site audit notices (letters) and posters
Approved providers of residential services must take reasonable steps to ensure each consumer of the service and their nominated representatives are made aware of the site audit; the period in which the site audit may occur; and that they will have an opportunity to talk to members of the assessment team or give information to the Commission.

Assessment contact poster
If the Commission gives an approved provider a poster to inform consumers of the residential service, and their nominated representatives of an assessment contact visit, this must be displayed in one or more prominent locations at the service.

If the Commission gives an approved provider a poster to inform consumers of the residential service, and their nominated representatives of a review audit, this must be displayed in one or more prominent locations at the service.
Home services
Quality review (quality audit) notice
If the Commission gives a home service provider a notice setting out the form of words to be used to inform consumers of the service, and their nominated representatives about a quality audit, the home service provider must take reasonable steps to tell consumers of the service, and their nominated representatives about the quality audit. The form of words in the notice must be used for this purpose.
Assessment contact notice
If the Commission gives a home service provider a notice setting out the form of words to be used to inform consumers of the service, and their nominated representatives about an assessment contact visit to the service, the home service provider must take reasonable steps to tell consumers of the service, and their nominated representatives about the visit. The form of words in the notice is to be used for this purpose.
