This replaces the previous requirement for submission of self-assessment information. Review audit processes were changed from 1 January 2019 to align more closely to site audit arrangements and requirements. This assists approved providers by having consistency of regulatory process for residential services. From 1 July 2019 review audits are conducted to assess a provider’s performance against the Aged Care Quality Standards (Quality Standards).
