Common questions for residential aged care services fact sheet

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought a lot of uncertainty to many aspects of our lives, particularly when it comes to aged care services. The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission has developed a set of common questions that consumers and their families can ask residential aged care service providers. 

The questions are grouped into themes, covering communication, consumer wellbeing, visitor restrictions and infection control, with the intention of helping consumers and their families better understand the actions their service provider is taking to keep residents safe and protected during the pandemic.
