The Commission charges fees to assess applications to vary (change) a provider’s registration. We also charge fees to audit providers before varying their registration, when we need to.
This calculator is for providers applying to vary their registration. You can use it to estimate the fee to vary your registration.
We also charge fees to become a registered provider or renew a provider’s registration and for audits we need to do as part of those processes. You can find information about the registration processes on Provider registration.
Note: this calculator isn’t for older people receiving care.
This calculator only provides fee estimates. We’ll send you an invoice for the amount you need to pay after you’ve submitted your application.
We only charge variation fees to:
- add registration categories
- remove registration categories
- approve a new residential care home and add it to a registration.
You can find more information about fees and fee waiver eligibility criteria in our Cost Recovery Implementation Statement or on Registration fees.
