Please call us on 1800 951 822 (free call) for all enquiries, including lodging a complaint about an aged care service provider, or on +61 2 9633 1711 if you’re calling from outside Australia. The customer contact team's operation hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
If your enquiry or complaint is about food, nutrition and dining in aged care you can call our dedicated Food, Nutrition and Dining Hotline on 1800 844 044, 9am to 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
