You can contact us to request information, submit feedback, a concern or a complaint.

You also have a wide selection of consumer and provider resources you can access to help you understand the work we do.

Unfortunately we can't help with personal employment matters.

Please talk to your human resources department, union or professional organisation. The Fair Work Ombudsman may be able to help you.

We can only help with complaints about Australian Government-funded aged care services.
