SIRS insight report May 2021 - Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS)  

This report draws on information from serious incident notifications of the SIRS. We encourage providers to examine their own reporting patterns and arrangements in comparison with sector averages. Information about the SIRS is also included in the Commission's quarterly Sector performance data report.
