Let's talk about complaints is a quarterly newsletter that gives important information directly from the Complaints Commissioner about supporting older people, their families and supporters to understand their rights in aged care and how to raise concerns. We encourage older people, their families and supporters to subscribe to the mailing list.
Providers and workers can also subscribe and use the information to talk about complaints with the people in their care.
