Making a change to your registration
You can update your API registration by downloading and completing the relevant form:
Email the completed form to APIRegistration@agedcarequality.gov.au
Changing your API service account
If you need to change the service account you use for your API connection, send details about the change by email to apisupport@agedcarequality.gov.au. We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps.
Getting technical support
If you're having a technical problem connecting to or using the API, you can:
- use our API guides to find information about:
- authentication - how to connect to the API and meet the authentication requirements
- API endpoints - the exact request and response format for each operation
- conformance - requirements before moving to production (going live)
