The Sector Learning Community brings together learning and development professionals working in aged care to share knowledge, discuss challenges and learn from each other.
The Sector Learning Community meets online each quarter. Members help choose topics and have opportunities to contribute, collaborate and learn from peers across the sector.
Join the Sector Learning Community
The Sector Learning Community welcomes learning and development professionals working in aged care, including:
- quality education managers
- learning and development managers
- learning coordinators
- training managers.
Whether you’re new to the sector or have lots of experience, there’s a place for you.
Before joining, please read the Terms of Reference to understand the purpose of the community and what we expect of members.
To join, complete the Join the Sector Learning Community - Expression of Interest form.
When we receive your expression of interest, we’ll add you to our mailing list and invite you to future sessions.
Volunteer as a presenter
We’re asking for expressions of interest from community members who’d like to present at a future session.
You can share:
- practical examples and case studies
- lessons learned
- capability-building initiatives
- evaluation findings
- approaches that have improved learning and development outcomes.
The information you present should support peer learning, encourage better practice and help build capability across the aged care sector.
