It’s okay to raise a complaint or concern about aged care. You can improve the quality of care and help others with the same problem.
The Aged Care Code of Conduct describes the behaviours expected of registered providers, their responsible persons (e.g. Nurse Managers) and aged care workers when delivering funded aged care services to you.
