We are hosting the National Aged Care Provider Conference 2026 on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 October 2026 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, hosted by Michael Rowland.
This key national event is aimed at responsible persons of registered aged care providers – including board members, CEOs or senior managers.
The conference program includes a rich mix of plenary and parallel sessions as we explore ‘Rights and choice, every day: one year in’. Together, we’ll discuss what has changed in practice under the new rights-based Aged Care Act 2024 and Aged Care Rules 2025 and share insights and learnings into how we continue to embed and regulate rights-based aged care across all settings.
Registered providers can have 2 representatives attend in person. You can also have additional representatives register which will be subject to availability.
The conference will provide an opportunity to hear directly from the Commission, older people and other sector representatives, take part in practical discussions, and connect with sector colleagues from across Australia.
Free registration is open to registered providers of residential care, Support at Home, Commonwealth Home Support Programme services, and National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program services.
Submitting your registration form is not confirmation that you are successfully registered. You will receive an email within 5 to 7 business days confirming if your registration is successful.
Consultants, suppliers, or other service provider to an aged care provider are not eligible to attend.
Session recordings will be publicly available on our website post event.
