- register to provide funded aged care services
- renew your registration
- vary your registration
- suspend your registration
- tell of about a change in your circumstances
- ask us to reconsider a reviewable decision
- ask us to revoke (cancel) your registration.
The registration guidance includes information about what you may need to consider when you are completing an application or submitting a request, the evidence you can provide and the criteria that your application or request will be assessed against.
