Serious risk decision
On 4 May 2018 a delegate of the CEO of the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency made a decision that Ark Health Care (Parramatta) Pty Ltd failed to meet one or more expected outcomes in the Accreditation Standards in relation to Ark Health Care Parramatta and that this failure has placed, or may place, the safety, health or wellbeing of a care recipient of the service at serious risk.
The Department of Health has been notified of the risk.
The Quality Agency will continue to monitor the performance of the service including through unannounced visits.
Please note: As at 9 July, Anglican Community Services is now the Approved Provider for this service.
