Following a site audit conducted on 04 December 2018 to 06 December 2018, the Commission made a decision on 07 January 2019 to re-accredit this service.
The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 16 June 2021.
The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 09 February 2023.
