Following a site audit conducted on 20 October 2020 to 23 October 2020, the Commission made a decision on 8 December 2020 not to re-accredit this service.
The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied to re-accredit following reconsideration on own initiative on 14 December 2020.
The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 16 April 2021.
