Serious risk decision
On 11 April 2019 a delegate of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commissioner made a decision in relation to Rosedurnate Aged Care Plus Centre that failure to meet one expected outcome in the Accreditation Standards placed the safety, health or wellbeing of a consumer of the service at serious risk.
An assessment contact was conducted by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (Commission) on 4 June 2019 at Rosedurnate Aged Care Plus Centre to monitor the service’s progress against the Accreditation Standards. The Commission found the service complies with all Accreditation Standards.
Serious risk is not an ongoing state; it is a statutory decision based on evidence at a point in time.
