Following an assessment contact conducted on 28 November 2019, the Commission made a decision that the approved provider of the service is non-compliant with 2 requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Following an audit we decided that this service met 44 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards and would be accredited for three years until 06 July 2022.
Following an audit we decided that this home met 43 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards and would be accredited for three years until 06 July 2019. While the assessment team recommended the home met 44 expected outcomes we came to a different finding and found that the home does not meet expected outcome 4.2 Regulatory compliance.
