Following a review audit conducted on 30 May 2017 to 8 June 2017, the Quality Agency made a decision on 19 July 2017 to revoke accreditation of this service from 25 August 2017.

The approved provider of the service meets 26 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards. The Review Audit Report is attached.
