Following a site audit conducted on 01 November 2023 to 03 November 2023, the Commission made a decision on 08 December 2023 to re-accredit this service.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 19 March 2027.

Accreditation decision

Following a site audit conducted on 12 June 2019 to 13 June 2019, the Commission made a decision on 10 July 2019 to re-accredit this service.

The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 09 May 2022.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 19 March 2024.

Following an audit we decided that this service met 44 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards and would be accredited for three years until 19 September 2022.

Serious risk decision

On 12 April 2019 a delegate of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commissioner made a decision in relation to Noble Gardens Residential Aged Care that failure to meet one expected outcome in the Accreditation Standards placed the safety, health or wellbeing of a consumer of the service at serious risk.

An assessment contact was conducted by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (Commission) on 4 June 2019 at Noble Gardens Residential Aged Care to monitor the service’s progress against the Accreditation Standards. The Commission found the service complies with all Accreditation Standards.

Serious risk is not an ongoing state; it is a statutory decision based on evidence at a point in time.

Following an audit we decided that this home met 44 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards and would be accredited for three years until 19 September 2019.
