Provider registration

Registration helps protect older people by making sure only suitable providers can provide aged care.

Under the new Aged Care Act 2024, all providers of Australian Government-funded aged care services must be registered by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
Providers must meet obligations and registration requirements, comply with registration conditions and renew their registration to continue to provide aged care services.
