Accreditation decision
Following a site audit conducted on 23 January 2019 to 24 January 2019, the Commission made a decision 27 February 2019 to re-accredit this service.
The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 10 February 2022.
The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 25 September 2023.
