Aged care laws in Australia have now changed. The new Aged Care Act 2024 and Aged Care Rules 2025 now apply. Following an assessment contact conducted on 05 November 2019, the Commission made a decision that improvements have been made to the service to ensure that the Aged Care Quality Standards are complied with.
