Accreditation decision

Following a site audit conducted on 27 August 2019 to 28 August 2019, the Commission made a decision on 6 October 2019 to re-accredit this service.

The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 08 July 2022.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 05 May 2024.
