Decision to vary accreditation period

Following a review audit conducted on 12 October 2021 to 15 October 2021, the Commission made a decision on 26 November 2021 not to revoke accreditation of this service. The Commission has varied the period of accreditation of this service.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 26 May 2023.
