The Commission has developed the ‘Home Services Pricing and Agreements – Navigating changes the right way’ guidance for home service providers delivering care and service supports through the Home Care Packages (HCP) Program and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).

There are many reasons why care arrangements for consumers may need to change from time to time, but when the time comes to change care arrangements providers have responsibilities they must meet. This guidance focuses on what is expected of providers in setting prices for home services and making changes to home service arrangements including home care agreements.
