Following a site audit conducted on 15 January 2019 to 16 January 2019, the Commission made a decision 21 February 2019 to re-accredit this service.
The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 14 February 2022.
The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 27 September 2024.

Compliance monitoring update
An assessment contact was conducted by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (Commission) on 16 April 2019 at Flinders Island Multipurpose Centre to monitor the service’s progress in meeting the Accreditation Standards. The Commission found the service complies with all Accreditation Standards.
