The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (the Commission) has monitored the provider’s progress in implementing improvements in the service to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Based on the information submitted by the provider, as of 02/05/2025, the Commission is satisfied actions have been taken to address the non-compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. The Commission will continue to monitor the provider’s performance.

Following a site audit conducted on 28 June 2022 to 01 July 2022, the Commission made a decision on 31 August 2022 to re-accredit this service.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 30 November 2025.

Accreditation decision

Following a site audit conducted on 11 September 2018 to 13 September 2018, the Commission made a decision on 09 October 2018 to re-accredit this service.

The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 29 April 2021.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 30 November 2022.

Following an audit we decided that this home met 44 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards and would be accredited for three years until 30 November 2021.
