The information published covers all service types including residential services, home services and National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program services.

The register includes information on non-compliance with a provider’s responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997, the Aged Care Principles or its Commonwealth funding agreement and any subsequent regulatory action taken by the Commission.

Prior to 1 January 2020, the Commission published all serious risk decisions made from 1 July 2019 resulting from non-compliance against the Quality Standards for residential services and home services.
