Decision to vary accreditation period

Following a review audit conducted on 21 June 2021 to 23 June 2021, the Commission made a decision on 06 September 2021 not to revoke accreditation of this service. The Commission has varied the period of accreditation of this service.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 06 March 2022.
