An information resources pack was sent to providers in January 2019, just after the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (Commission) was established. It contains helpful information on the Commission and the services we offer. Its contents include:
- A letter from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commissioner, Janet Anderson PSM;
- A 'Do you have a concern?' poster;
- A 'Do you have a concern?' brochure;
- An Aged Care Quality Standards poster;
- An Aged Care Quality Standards 1-8 fact sheet;
- Information for people receiving aged care fact sheet (with translations); and
- The service we offer you fact sheet.
