It offers free training, workshops, and resources, helping providers understand and respect diverse needs, ensuring safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive care across all settings.

The user guide is part of the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care's National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards.
