Accreditation decision
Following a site audit conducted on 10 December 2018 to 11 December 2018, the Commission made a decision on 17 January 2019 to re-accredit this service.
The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 29 June 2021.
The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 04 March 2023.
