We are running a public information program to ensure older people, their families and supporters understand that stronger rights and protections exist under the Aged Care Act 2024. The program is about reaffirming to older people and their supporters that they can feel safe to raise concerns and give feedback directly with their provider, and to trust they will be listened to with respect. Safe, quality aged care is your right.
