Following a site audit conducted on  20 November 2018 to 22 November 2018, the Commission made a decision  21 December 2018 2019 to re-accredit this service.

The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 04 March 2022.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 11 October 2023.

Compliance monitoring update

An assessment contact was conducted by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (Commission) on 26 February 2019 at Germanus Kent House to monitor the service’s progress in meeting the Accreditation Standards. The Commission found the service complies with all Accreditation Standards.

Following an audit we decided that this home met 42 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards and would be accredited for three years until 11 April 2022.
