• We take reasonable steps not to disclose (reveal) your identity to other parties involved in the feedback and obtain your consent if we need to do so.

• we involve you in the resolution process as much as possible without revealing your identity.

Anonymous Feedback:

Unless you have provided contact details:

• we don't know your identity
• we can’t keep you informed about how the process is going
• you can’t give us more information
• we can’t tell you the outcome of your feedback.
