The Department of Health’s ‘My Aged Care’ provider portal is undergoing a planned outage from 6:00 pm Saturday 14 March 2026 (AEDT) to 1:00 am Sunday 15 March 2026 (AEDT).
Approved providers that need to submit a SIRS notice during the outage to meet their reporting deadline should download the approved SIRS Notice Manual Form and submit the form to Forms.SIRS@agedcarequality.gov.au.
PLEASE NOTE:
You will not be able to perform a ‘Bulk SIRS Notice Upload’ during the entire period of the outage.
Furthermore, the ‘Bulk SIRS Notice Upload’ spreadsheet cannot be accepted via email, so please upload the spreadsheet through the My Aged Care Portal once it is functioning again.
If, as a result of this outage, you find that the SIRS legislated reporting timeframes have not been met, you are required to upload the spreadsheet through the My Aged Care Portal and then send the details in an email to: sirs@agedcarequality.gov.au.
