Following an audit we decided that this home met 14 of 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards. The audit was conducted on 13 March 2019 to 14 March 2019. The assessment team's report is attached.

A delegate of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission made a decision on 16 April 2019 to revoke accreditation of this service. The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 16 August 2019.
