Disclaimer: We are updating our fees and fee waiver criteria for the 2026–27 financial year. The Aged Care Rules must be amended before we can start charging and applying the new fees and fee waiver criteria. The current fees and fee waivers from the 2025–26 financial year continue to apply until the Aged Care Rules are amended.

This Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) provides information on our charging arrangements (fees) for provider registration, renewal, variation and any associated audits. It also includes the proposed annual updates to fees and fee waiver criteria that are expected to apply later in the 2026–27 financial year.
