Following a site audit conducted on 02 August 2023 to 04 August 2023, the Commission made a decision on 25 August 2023 to re-accredit this service.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 25 March 2027.

Compliance monitoring update

An assessment contact was conducted by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (Commission) on 18 - 19 November 2019 at Catholic Healthcare St Mary's Retirement Village to monitor the service’s progress in meeting the Aged Care Quality Standards. The Commission found the service complies with all Aged Care Quality Standards.

Accreditation decision following site audit

Following a site audit the Commission made a decision on 15 August 2019 that this service met four of the eight Aged Care Quality Standards. The service is re-accredited for three years until 25 September 2022.

Following an audit we decided that this home met 44 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards and would be accredited for three years until 25 October 2018.

This decision has been reconsidered and as a result the period of accreditation for this home will now expire on 25 September 2019.  The reconsideration decision and audit report is attached.
