Following a site audit conducted on 17 May 2022 to 19 May 2022, the Commission made a decision on 04 August 2022 to re-accredit this service.

The decision on the service’s accreditation period was varied following reconsideration on own initiative on 14 July 2025.

The period of accreditation of the service will expire on 04 February 2026.

Compliance monitoring update

An assessment contact was conducted by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (Commission) on 26 June 2019 at Churches of Christ Care Buckingham Gardens Aged Care Service to monitor the service’s progress in meeting the Accreditation Standards. The Commission found the service complies with all Accreditation Standards.

Following an audit we decided that this service met 43 of the 44 expected outcomes of the Accreditation Standards and would be accredited for three years until 04 August 2022.
