Community toolkit: Choice, dignity, respect - older people's rights in aged care - public information program

This toolkit supports community organisations to distribute and promote information to older people, their families and supporters about key topics including:

• the rights of older people in aged care 
• raising concerns when something doesn’t feel right 
• the role of the aged care provider in supporting older people to speak up  
• the role of the Commission and Aged Care Complaints Commissioner.
