Disclaimer: We are updating our fees and fee waiver criteria for the 2026–27 financial year. The Aged Care Rules must be amended before we can start charging and applying the new fees and fee waiver criteria. The current fees and fee waivers from the 2025–26 financial year continue to apply until the Aged Care Rules are amended.

This guide explains the fees that providers will pay when registering, renewing or varying their registration. It outlines when fees apply, who may be eligible for fee waivers and provides examples to help providers understand the fees involved.
